Moritz A. Schlömer

Moritz is responsible for BODENHEIMER's strategic and operational management. As Chief Operating Officer, he oversees finance, HR, business development and internal coordination at firm level, working closely with the partners to align day-to-day operations with the firm's long-term direction.

With a clear view of the bigger picture and close attention to detail, he ensures the firm's processes and teams are structured to support its work across jurisdictions, and serves as the central link between the partners, the wider team and the firm's operational functions.
