Dr. Klaas Hendrik Eller, LL.M. Maître en droit (Paris 1)

Prior to joining BODENHEIMER, Mr Eller held positions, inter alia, with the German Ministry of Economic Affairs and the Supreme Court of the State of Israel. He also served as research assistant in the fields of German and European private and business law at the University of Cologne, Humboldt-University of Berlin and University College London. Mr Eller focuses on contractual and statutory liability hazards in global supply chains. His area of expertise also includes compliance issues, in particular in relation to CSR and human rights.

Mr Eller holds law degrees from the University of Cologne (Germany) and the Université de Paris 1 (Panthéon-Sorbonne). He was a PhD Fellow at Humboldt-University’s European Law School and completed a dissertation in transnational economic law. He is currently a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Edmond J. Safra Center for Ethics at Tel Aviv University.
